The Cabin has 3 levels: main, loft and basement. With 2800 square feet of living space the house allows occupancy for up to 10 people with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Main Level
The main level of the cabin has all the rooms and amenities one needs for living without need for going up and down stairs. The surface of 1,100 SF offers ample space for a dining and sitting area, kitchen, powder room, laundry area, master bedroom and bedroom. The temperature in all rooms is controlled via a radiant floor heating system with individual thermostats for the living and sleeping areas. The two-car garage has a charging station for electric vehicles.
The Dining Room has a big table that can comfortably provide a seat for up to 10 people. The big windows offer an unobstructed view of Round Hill, Black Mountain, and the South Park Valley
The Sitting Area has a cozy sectional with an entertainment center set up for TV streaming and playing of your favorite DVDs or Bluray discs. The gas fireplace will bring some extra warmth and relaxing atmosphere on cold and snowy winter nights.
The modern open Kitchen has all the appliances you need, including built-in microwave and oven, dishwasher, double sink, induction cooktop, large fridge, coffeemaker, countertop oven, large island with quartz counter top.
A Powder Room on the main level offers guests access to bathroom amenities without the need for using the private master bathroom.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and offers plenty of space to store away or hang up cloths. It has a big screen TV for Smart TV streaming.
The Master Bathroom has a modern double sink and large walk-in shower. A wall-mounted electric heater can warm up the room quickly to supplement the available radiant floor heating. The toilet area can be closed by a sliding door for extra privacy.
The Laundry Room has a washer and dryer with sink to allow guests to do some laundry when needed.
The Loft
The loft has two bedrooms with a common bathroom. It also provides office space with a desk and open view over the living room below. Each bedroom has its own thermostat to control the radiant floor heating system.
The West Bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space.
The East Bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space. It also has a TV for playing streaming TV.
The Loft Bathroom is shared by the guests from both bedrooms. It has a walk-in shower stall, vanity with one sink, and toilet.
A wall-mounted electric heater can warm up the room quickly to supplement the available radiant floor heating.
The loft’s Office Space provides a desk counter top with wired ethernet connectivity and available monitor. There is also wireless internet access throughout the entire cabin, including in the basement.
The Basement
The Basement has its own separate exterior entry, so it can be accessed without having to walk through the main level. It offers all the amenities of a small apartment with a sitting and dining area, wet bar with sink and microwave, bedroom and bathroom. The temperature in the basement is controlled by the radiating floor heating system with individual thermostats for living area, bedroom and bathroom.
The Sitting Area has a big screen TV for streaming video.
The Dining Area has a large table for seating up to 8 persons. An extra child’s bed is available if needed.
The Wet Bar has a sink and a microwave oven for heating up small meals.
There is also a foosball table to allow some playful competition amongst the guests. No coins or tokens needed!
The Basement Bathroom has a tub with shower and a vanity with single sink.

The Lion's Den
